As a Staff Software Engineer, you are a key technical leader responsible for driving the development and architecture of software systems that drive HCPās success. You work closely with cross-functional teams to establish architecture standards, create scalable and reliable solutions, and ensure that our software aligns with business goals and technology strategy. You lead the technical vision for software projects, mentor engineers, and provide critical guidance on system design, code quality, and best practices. Your expertise helps bridge the gap between development and operations, enabling efficient, high-quality software delivery.
