About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Sales to support and grow key strategic accounts. You’ll play an active role in maintaining Arkadium’s relationships with leading digital brands like USA Today, CNN, and Home Shopping Network.

We’re looking for someone who brings bold ideas, proven execution skills, positive energy, and fierce drive.

Important note: This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover position. The contract will end when the current post-holder returns from maternity leave, and will not transition into a permanent role.

Work Location & Hybrid Model (Portugal)

In Portugal, we operate under a hybrid work model that blends remote and in-office work. Employees may work from home or from the office depending on team and individual needs, ensuring both flexibility and strong collaboration.

If you reside in the Lisbon metropolitan area: you will be expected to work onsite one to three times per week. If you are based outside of Lisbon: a different onsite cadence will apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Support quarterly and annual revenue and user growth targets;

  • Maintain and execute existing account plans to drive revenue growth for each partner;

  • Identify new opportunities within existing partnerships to expand relationships and revenue;

  • Support contract renewals and negotiations with existing partners;

  • Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations;

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities within partner accounts;

  • Stay current on publishing, advertising, and interactive content industry trends;

  • 5+ years of Publisher Partnership or Account Management experience;

  • Proven track record of growing revenue-sharing partnerships;

  • Understanding of basic advertising concepts (programmatic, native, direct ad buys, eCPM);

  • Knowledge of digital content and industry trends;

  • Strong data analysis skills;

  • Comfort working with high-profile brands;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • Strategic thinking and negotiation capabilities;
